With more than two decades of professional geoscience experience, I specialize in helping oil, gas, and geothermal operators unlock the full value of their subsurface data through expert seismic interpretation, reservoir characterization, and data integration.

Throughout my career, I've led multidisciplinary teams, driven technical innovation, and consistently delivered measurable success across conventional and unconventional exploration, appraisal, and development programs in key U.S. basins.

As a Geophysicist and Professional Geoscientist (PG) certified in Texas, I bring a rigorous, data-driven approach to every project, combining seismic interpretation expertise with advanced geological and reservoir evaluation. My experience spans oil & gas asset development, secondary prospect exploration, geothermal assessments, and emerging energy solutions like CCS (carbon capture and storage).

Professional Background

Before founding Apex Geophysical Consulting, I served in various leadership and senior technical roles at Chesapeake Energy, leading teams across exploration, development, technology integration, and emerging energy ventures. I have worked across premier basins including the Marcellus, Anadarko, Arkoma, Powder River, and Williston, and have successfully contributed to both conventional and unconventional projects.

Additionally, I’ve collaborated on CCS permit applications, led geothermal feasibility studies, and published on integrated field development optimization strategies (SPE-195951-MS).
